It's important to me, to run my business how I live my life, with rules and values to guide me. This also helps to set clear expectations for you, hence I operate with the following values:
Excellence – You can trust that I'll deliver on my promises, that I'll call you back and deliver work within deadlines. I'll communicate openly and listen to all your ideas, guiding wherever it’s required. You can trust in my kindness, respect and sense of humour to help you through your planning process.
Respect – I will always treat you with the respect you deserve. If I ever make you feel uncomfortable for any reason, I will be open to hearing this feedback, and adjust accordingly. I pride myself on my ability to quickly build rapport with everyone and a big part of that is about respect and open communication.
Integrity – To work ethically & honestly; to hold myself to a high standard and be accountable for my actions. My work is 100% my own, I cite any authors known for quotes or poems and I abide by relevant legislation. I will always be honest with you even when it requires moral courage.

These pillars are integral to me, and my business, they're at the core of everything I do. I've chosen the triscalion as a representation for them, in my business colours, as a constant reminder of what's important to me.
Crafted Ceremonies, not just a name,
but a way of operating with intent and purpose.
I chose the name Crafted Ceremonies because I wanted to make it clear that your ceremony will be individually crafted to you, and your occasion, every time, all the time.
I can’t take all the credit though, in truth my wife came up with the name during a brainstorming session and as soon as she said it, I knew that was it. It speaks to the heart of how I write and how I intend to provide services.
The colours I've chosen (pink, yellow and blue) are the colours on the pansexual pride flag. I've chosen to use these colours as another way to represent me, an out and proud pansexual. I am proud to welcome all humans regardless of race, ethnicity, age, sexuality, gender or ability. We all experience love and loss and all deserve to celebrate and commemorate those moments with our nearest and dearest.
