Crafted Ceremonies, not just a name
I chose the name Crafted Ceremonies because I want to make it clear that your ceremony will be individually crafted, each and every time. The colours pink, yellow and blue I chose are the colours on the pansexual pride flag. I've use these colours as a way to represent me, an out and proud pansexual. I’m proud to welcome all humans regardless of race, ethnicity, age, sexuality, gender or ability. We all experience love and loss and all deserve to celebrate and commemorate those moments.

If I were food, I’d be a bag of mixed lollies. Because, I’m a jumble of qualities & quirks, plus education & experience.
I’ll be the first to admit, I’m a little bit weird (hopefully your kind of weird), I’ve got a lot of moxie, and I’m detail-0riented.
I’ll work my butt off until we’re 100% happy with your ceremony. My sense of humour can be dialled up or down, depending on your vibe.
My fashion sense (and wardrobe collection) means I can colour coordinate to pretty much anything, except burgundy, I hate burgundy.
I love being colourful with both hair and fashion, but I’m also a rule follower. I love cupcakes & coffee but will eat plain toast if someone else makes it for me. I’m a massive fan of action movies; I also love cars and making people laugh. Big fan of dogs, tell your doggo I said hi!
I’m also an introvert, yet I love public speaking… work that one out!
I’m in my 40s and grew up in SA; I now live in Waurn Ponds with my wife Brooke and our 3 fur babies Coco, Spike and Fergus.
I've always loved writing, words and language. I started early winning a state-wide writing award in high school and having my poetry published while at university. I’m also a dab hand at a chainsaw, love baking sweets & can make jewellery, see, mixed bag!

I’ve always been a rule follower; I’ve lived most of my life doing jobs I was good at and I work hard. However, just because I’m good at something doesn’t mean it brings me joy. For my day job I often refer to myself as a professional nerd, however being in front of an audience is my happy place.
Writing creatively, both poetry and prose, has been a long-time passion of mine. For years, I’ve had people telling me to get into Celebrancy after hearing me speak at funerals and various functions, or reading my writing. In 2022, I finally did something about it.
I truly believe that our loves, lives and losses should be celebrated with our friends and family. The union of two people in love, committing to each other for life, is worthy of a beautiful celebration. Coming together to honour a loved one’s passing and remember the life they have lived can be difficult, but it helps us to share memories and begin to heal.

Most importantly, I'm legally qualified to perform your ceremony. I completed my Certificate IV in Celebrancy through The Gordon TAFE in Geelong, Victoria. Over the years, I have completed many training sessions & courses relating to Privacy, conflict coaching, emotional intelligence and much more.
